The warranty does not cover the following situations:

Mechanical Damage: Physical damage due to improper handling, poor storage, or mishandling.
Manufacturer’s Decision:
Please be aware that the warranty may be denied by the manufacturer or the authorized service center. If the warranty is denied, the user may opt to either:

Cover the repair costs themselves, or

Decline the repair offer, understanding that there may be administrative fees associated with the process.
Mobile Comercial LLC is not responsible for any final decisions made by the manufacturer or authorized service center.
