All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Please note that orders are only processed on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). If you place an order on the weekend or a holiday, it will be processed the following business day.

Address Changes

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot make any changes to the delivery address. Please make sure your shipping information is accurate before completing the order. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your shipment is damaged during transit, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the package. We will assist you with the process to file a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund.
