These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user of this website (“you”, “your”, or “User”), and Mobile Comercial LLC, acting on behalf of the brand Celucambio.us (hereinafter individually referred to as the “Seller”). By continuing to browse or use this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which govern the relationship between you and the Seller. Please read these Terms carefully, as they affect your legal rights and obligations.

7. Purchases, Payments, and Delivery

When placing an order, you may be presented with additional terms, such as specific shipping or handling instructions. All prices listed on the Site include applicable VAT, shipping (where stated), and other related costs unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Mobile Comercial LLC (Celucambio.us) reserves the right to correct errors in pricing or availability at any time. If an error occurs or an item becomes unavailable, we may cancel your order and refund your payment within a reasonable period, or offer you an alternative of equal value.

Accepted payment methods may include bank transfers, PayPal, credit/debit cards, and cash on delivery, depending on the product and location. Not all methods are available for all items.

If payment is not received within five (5) business days after placing your order (for applicable payment methods), the order will be automatically canceled.

Shipping & Delivery

Goods will be dispatched once full payment is received. Delivery times are indicated on the Site. If an item is out of stock, Mobile Comercial LLC may delay delivery without further notice.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or by inaccurate shipping information provided by the User.

Upon receiving your product, you are responsible for checking that it matches your order. Any claims regarding damage, missing items, or delivery errors must be reported to Customer Service within 8 days. Any visible transport damage must be reported immediately to the courier when signing for the package. Failure to do so may void your right to a refund or replacement.

 

 

8. Return and Reclamation Policy

Dead on Arrival (DOA)

If a product arrives non-functional (DOA), you may request a return within 5 days. A DOA product is one that cannot function as intended from the moment it is unboxed. Contact Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery. Return instructions will be provided, and the item must be returned unused, in its original packaging.

Upon inspection, if the item is confirmed as DOA, you may receive:

  • A full refund (including return shipping),

  • Or a replacement product shipped at our expense.

Incorrect Product Received

If you receive the wrong product, do not open or use it. Contact Customer Service within 5 calendar days of delivery. You are responsible for returning the product in unused, original condition and for associated shipping risks and costs.

After inspection, you will be eligible for:

  • A correct replacement sent at our cost,

  • Or a full refund including standard return shipping (excluding insurance).

 

 

9. General Return Policy

You may return products for any reason within 5 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unused,

  • In original packaging,

  • With all labels and seals intact.

You are responsible for any damage incurred during the return process. If the returned product is in perfect condition, a full refund will be issued. Opened or used products may incur a partial refund depending on their condition. Refunds will be made via the original payment method.

 

 

10. Warranty

Products may come with a 12-month warranty, depending on the item. However, Mobile Comercial LLC does not guarantee that service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Accessories (chargers, headphones, etc.),

  • Misuse or failure to follow usage instructions,

  • Unauthorized repairs or tampering,

  • Damage from accidents, weather, or natural disasters,

  • Submersion in salt or chlorinated water,

  • Mechanical damage or improper storage.

The warranty may be denied by the manufacturer or authorized service center. If so, the user may opt to cover repair costs or decline the offer (subject to administrative fees). Mobile Comercial LLC is not responsible for any final decisions made by the manufacturer.

 

 

11. Reviews, Comments, and User Content

Users may post reviews and comments, provided they are not illegal, obscene, defamatory, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable. You may not use a false identity or impersonate another person.

Mobile Comercial LLC (Celucambio.us) reserves the right—but is not obligated—to remove such content. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and its compliance with applicable laws.

 

 

12. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, including trademarks, logos, content, design, and data on this website, remains the sole property of Mobile Comercial LLC or its licensors. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
